Here at Jabxing we offer an elite service with regards our quality boxing facility! Our full size professional boxing ring is perfect for our professional fighters and also gives our general population clients the opportunity to experience being in the squared circle for real!
Alongside that we have a fantastic range of punchbags of all shapes and sizes which allow for all the punching practices you’ll ever need!
To accompany our boxing facilities we have all the cardio equipment you will need for intense conditioning training.
Our specialised strength and confirming room consists of 2 racks for all your bar work, benches and rack of dumbbells.
We have all the plates you’ll need for your bar work as well as kettles bells, hammer and tyres and free-standing weights machine.
For those who preference circuit training the variety of medicine balls, plyo box, battle rope, tyres, matts and more we have your needs covered!
The gym offers changing and showering facilities. Large car park available, valid ticket must be purchased.
CLASSES
The perfect way to learn the ins and outs of boxing from experienced boxers and coaches. This is a technique focussed class suitable for all abilities.

Want to get fighting fit? This is the class for you. High intensity with a mix of boxing and circuit training and suitable for all abilities.

For those of you who want to compete, this class will take your skill set to a new level and will test you in a fight situation. This class is fully controlled and you will be required to wear a gum shield. All abilities welcome.

We have a range of trainers and coaches in the gym offering personal training, boxing tuition and kickboxing, and we can work with you if you have sustained injuries. Our trainers run their own schedules, so please fill in our enquiry form and we will be in touch.

EVENTS
Our fight nights are design so any boxer of any level can come and put their skills to the test. Whether a fight is something you’ve always fancied doing or your end goal is to channel your training this could be for you. Step in the ring in front of your family and friends. You will be professionally matched according to your level and experience.
