With over 15 years experience in helping individuals reach their goals. Josh also has a number of elite professional fighters competing on the biggest stages!

Dave has been involved in boxing and coaching for over 17 years.  With multiple marathons, mountain climbs, long distance cycles and fights in the tank.    Having worked with multiple professional fighters in a domestic and world level, challenging for and attaining various titles, cyclists and currently with a 3 man team attempting to row the Atlantic and older every day athletes looking to rebuild after a hip surgery. Focused fully on Strength and Conditioning with mental performance for high level athletes, qualified Pain Free Performance Specialist his newest passion is more traditional strongman training and events.

I have over 10 years boxing experience, working my way up from an amateur boxer to a professional fighter. I’ve been personal training since 2017, and love to teach my clients proper boxing technique with strenuous workouts that give you results, a new skillset, and a fun time in one. I work with clients from beginner to experienced and hope to work with you to meet your personal goals.

Training boxing full time for 4 years, covid-19 has slowed down my own career in terms of fighting but I have been in and around boxing gyms training with professionals consistently for years and have lots of knowledge of the game from working closely with good professional fighters and coaches. I have also been around professional strength and conditioning coaches since the age of 10 years old, so I have a vast understanding of professional boxing conditioning and implent this in my coaching, regardless of the level.

With 25 years of boxing experience, at both amateur and professional levels, Jamal brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that is hard to come by. Has an enthusiasm for working with people of all ages and abilities, whether beginner or seasoned professional. Coaching the fine art of technique and movement - and incorporating all other aspects of boxing - Jamal injects a high level of energy into all his sessions, whether class based or one-to-one.* Is able to assist in all areas of personal training, whether cardio or strength based with boxing being his specialty.

ALICE WELLS

Alice is actively involved in the boxing world, previously as a carded amateur boxer and now as both a coach to amateur boxers and recreational boxers. Alice is experienced with helping her clients reach their fitness goals particular weight loss, building muscle or simply getting your body moving. She loves all types of sports and is training to be a stunt woman.
